Kurt, I just realized that you did the virtual tour for the townhome we are renting late this summer. I am impressed! I looked through literally hundreds of rentals and quite a few used your company for virtual tours. The picture quality is always excellent.

We've booked Seagrove Dunes #3 with Susan Lennox (who was very nice!). What do you think of that area? Any advice or comments would be appreciated!

Kurt...I have to say that your virtual tours are awesome! My family and I come to Seagrove 2 to 3 times a year, and I love looking at the inside of properties. I feel like I know every property along all of 30A, inside and out! The only problem is half the time I find a property I love, we can't afford it! BUT...maybe someday! We will be staying at the Dunes of Seagrove at the end of April. We've never stayed there before so hopefully we won't be disappointed. Thanks again for your great pics!

Beach Girl, you'll have to let me know how you enjoyed the Dunes, when you get back. I am having major withdrawals.

We go on vacation in late August, because rates are so much cheaper. The August rate for the Dune rental we secured is almost half of what their summer rate is. Of course, most of the businesses are closed for the season, but it's worth it to us to skip the crowds and save so much money in the process. It helps that we homeschool and don't have to work around kid schedules though.

But heck, if you go three+ times a year, maybe it would be more economical to buy something in the area.

What? Did they forget to tell us locals that most of the business are closed in August? I think you have received and are giving out incorrect information.
