Yes, I had checked out several auction websites and had found very little sales information, especially sales prices, so maybe you are right, that they are looking at this and posted more, since the new ones showed up. If so, that's fine with me, as we would all like "results" information. I also noticed the the Emerald Coast realtors MLS website, now has a category for auction properties, and not too many there yet, but it may become used more now.

ECAR has had an auction category for a while now.

EDIT: I just checked ECAR's listings for auctions for the last 12 months in SoWal (all the way up to Destin). The only properties in ECAR listed as sold were entered by Roebuck Auctions, and there are only five properties in that category.

Both Roebuck and Anderson have a total of 11 properties listed as currently active for upcoming auctions in SoWal.
