Mom is the guest of honor on the SOLARIS Mother’s Day Lunch Cruise on Sunday, May 12th from 1 – 3:30 p.m. The SOLARIS chefs are preparing a decadent menu featuring coastal cuisines as Mom enjoys the fresh breezes and magnificent ocean views of SoWal from a 125 foot yacht.

Our chefs are preparing a menu fit for a queen including Fresh Gulf Fish, Duck Breast and Beef Filet Mignon,” stated James Murray, General Manager for SOLARIS. “It’s all about giving Mom an experience she’ll never forget.”
The SOLARIS Mother’s Day Lunch Cruise begins with a warm greeting from the SOLARIS captain as guests explore all three indoor and outdoor decks, including the full-service bar and open air sky deck. Take in the sunshine, panoramic views of Sandestin and coastal breezes as the SOLARIS leisurely cruises the local waters.
The two-course meal starts with an entrée of your choice. Entrée choices include Frenched Pork Chop with an Andouille and Granny Smith apple stuffing with cherry-infused demi-glace, roasted garlic, rosemary mashed potatoes, sunburst and patty pan squash, and baby zucchini medley; Crispy Skin Duck Breast with cherry-infused demi-glace, tri-colored quinoa with sweet baby peas, sunburst and patty pan squash and baby zucchini medley; Pan Seared Gulf Fish of the Day with tri-colored quinoa with sweet baby peas, sunburst and patty pan squash, baby zucchini medley, finished with blood orange beurre blanc (add Jumbo Lump Crab for additional charge); Hand Cut, USDA Beef Filet Mignon with cherry-infused demi-glace, roasted garlic, rosemary mashed potatoes, sunburst and patty pan squash, and baby zucchini medley (add Sauteed Shrimp for additional charge); or a Fresh Vegetable Harvest with roasted portabella mushroom caps over a blend of citrus quinoa and seasonal roasted vegetable assortment. The culinary adventure concludes with Chef’s Special Dessert.
The price of the Mother’s Day Lunch Cruise, including a two and a half-hour cruise and two-course meal, is $65 per adult, $38 per child and $20 for children under 3. Boarding begins at 12:15 p.m. on Sunday, May 12th with cruise from 1 – 3:30 p.m. The SOLARIS is docked at the Baytowne Marina at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
