Excellent! Now if you can imagine ten times as many trees, up a steep and curving hill, you have the picture. To see a sight like that when the mist is rising in the morning is something else. Worth waiting three years 'til your an upperclassman. ;-)

jdarg told me about a new thing that's caught on with Louisville high school kids. It's called "forking" and involves sticking a million white plastic forks in their yards. Sort of like what you do with pink flamingoes on people's birthdays, but saying "you've been flamingoed" doesn't have exactly the same ring to it as "you've been forked." :rotfl:

Let me just say that I am not the responsible party if anyone has been forked lately. Forking requires lots of help- like a carful. I don't think I have enough patience to stick so many forks in the ground, but you never know what the fuure holds....

Oh man those would be a biatch to get up, my poor back. I don't have any trees. Can you believe it? All the neighbors do, so I have lots of shade, but no trees to get tp'd. Hope I don't get forked.

just use a lawnmower. :rotfl:

I have never heard of forking, but it seems to me that it would be less popular due to the time it would take to place the forks, thereby increasing one's risk of getting busted -- That, and ADD will kick in and only a 5'x5' area will get forked.

No, you have it backwards! Especially if they haven't taken their meds! :funn:

I drove up the hill to Philippa's school and the grounds look like they've been whipped by a fierce Nor'easter. Everything is covered in white. I don't like it, I love it!!!

Good one Mermy!!!! :clap_1: Yeah, you are correct...I was thinking about the ability to focus on the task at hand instead of the hyperactive part!!!!

Listen to this for a funny twist. I asked Philippa why the hill hadn't been cleaned yet and she said because of the rainy weather, the freshmen hadn't gotten a chance yet. Freshmen? Turns out it's the seniors who roll the place but it's the freshman who have to clean it up. I had it all wrong thinking that the seniors were responsible! And no wonder Philippa and her friends were so anxious for the big TP night to arrive--such sweet revenge!!!
