The rain could not stop our funn that is for sure!
So glad you liked the travelogue. Kelly is for sure the writer in the family, but I do what I can. ;-) She loved the writing group and she said to tell you thank you for asking her to come!
Yep, Kitty sent the picture. I had forgotten that she had taken it. SWGB, I still don't know what football player you are referring to. I must have killed a few more brain cells that night.
You are most welcome my dear. I sure did enjoy taking them!
Thank you sweet DD, I got it twice. Kitty sent it right before you.
I have posted some more pictures....I still have many to go.

So, I am a little somber tonight. Back to work tomorrow and still trying to come down from my Sowal high. Again, it was one of the best trips ever. I can't tell you how beautiful the water, sky and surroundings were. Yes, there were storms a lot of the days, but to me they were just as beautiful as a sunny day. It was heaven sitting on that porch listening to the waves and rain.
I am saying a prayer for all the Gulf Coast and for everyone who loves it as much as I do. I prayer for her healing from this awful mess that is looming. However, this is not to send a message for anyone not to go. Please go and enjoy everything SoWal has to offer. It is still just as beautiful as it has always been.
Again, I would like to give a shout out to WalCo Eco Tours and Murray. That trip was one of the best things we did all week. The rain pouring on us was so awesome. To be paddling on one of the most beautiful dune lakes in the world was surreal. Such and educational experience for all of our kids. Not once did they complain about the rain. They loved it as much as we did.
So, until next time, much love to each of you. Safe travels to all that will be traveling to and from SoWal in the next few weeks. I hope you have just as much funn as our tribe did.
