thanks for the sites. yes as i said for much of sowal which is far above sea level and in the x zone the rates should stay the same. I didn't know there were different dollars of coverage as i have the 250/100k. but i know when i got coverage my agent never asked me about my house being a rental and i know the form i filled out never asked me. i don't know why it would matter if a home is a rental or not as the policy only pays for storm type flooding
