Need long-term rental in Destin

Thinking of moving to the Destin area. Need help with long-term rental information. Anyone have a good realtor, or know of a good resource?

My dh is 55 so we get the "senior" discount - $100 off rent. Plus there are always specials and you can ride bike or walk so many places.
