I'm moving to the area and am interested in a small 1 or 2 bedroom house/condo for long term rent. furnished or not doesn't matter but relatively close to the water is important!!

Hi Bailey. A friend sent me this link today. I have a townhome in Destin that is for rent (6 month or a year). It is 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath. The complex (called Mossey Cove) is on the bay, and my unit overlooks the pool. My renter of 5 years was transferred to California with her job. It has had a total facelift.....new carpet, pergo, all new paint, also has a washer and dryer. I haven't advertised yet.
Hi, I have a 3 BR 2 bath condo at Seagrove Beach, a short walk to the beach, about a mile from Seaside on 30-A. Nearby restraunts and coffee house make it a prime location. It is located close to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The beach is also a few minutes down the road. The complex includes a swimming pool and gym.
