This guy is not qualified to be in the "Been Stood Up' thread....so far, so good. Poor guy is clueless about that. I don't ask about his income, however he has volunteered info and I know what he does for a living, so he is not running up credit cards to spoil me.

Today when he came over he handed me a small gift wrapped box. Just something to show how special I am. Let me tell you how special I am...LOL, I am such a brat!! I received the most beautiful fresh water pearl necklace I have ever seen. White, yellow, pink and grey/blue pearls on a super long strand that can be doubled up or left long. I am still speechless. I have never been given such an extravagant gift by a man in my life!!

Now, if I could just feel like I deserve it, life would be good. I am not used to this.
