Happy Birthday to a brave girl! (and best wishes to a brave family!)
I wish I could express my thanks to everyone without turning into a big cry baby.
This has been a huge weekend for the family.
Saturday night was the party here at home with the boy cousins and the kids around my house. The old Barbi bike got the work out of a life time I was glad she had not removed her training wheels but she thinks she is about ready.
Today we had her Build a Bear Party. I would love to have gone to Bears on the Beach but with 8 kids I thought using the gift card from BaB might be a wiser choice. She danced and jumped and just had a wonderful time. I had to hide once or twice. Who knew "Head Shoulders Knees and Toes" could bring tear to your eyes!
The kids played at the fountain after the party and it was the first time I saw my girl run. By the time we left she was showing some signs of being tired but at the mention of the pool she was all bright and ready to go. I think water therapy has been the best thing for her and I am happy to live in a place where she has that option at almost any time.
I'm pretty sure that the Birthday will last a few more days but I don't mind. I'm thankful and as happy as a grandma can be.
Sunday morning our song leader chose "Oh How I Love Jesus" and when her little voice sang out at the chorus it was as sweet as an angle's voice.
She is as brave and strong as they come and she has a personality all her own.

Gosh, Neveah looks like her mama...
I haven't seen her since she was a baby, but I'm so glad to see that's she's doing better. We've been praying for her! Such a sweetheart!

Thank you so much, prayers are so important even this long after. There are still issues and will be for a long time. I think she looks like her mama too. She has the same attitude but she can be such a sweet heart at the same time. My girls are strong and very stubern they get it from my Mom. Agee Women, all of us!
