Merman and I rode our bicycles to Grayton Beach from Seagrove (BEFORE 12 noon; are you impressed? ), and we roused Kimmifunn off the couch at her house. And Whiteyfunn also showed up there. Jessifunn was MIA...she might have still been sleeping it off... ;-)

The most courageous thing was poking my nose into the Red Bar so soon after leaving it (no one dancing on the bar this time). We had a mission--SJ said he'd be there to listen to Dread Clampitt, but he wasn't. I did, however, see the charming Steeleing1, so I got to say my Happy New Years to her. The Red Bar was just as packed on the first day of 2006 as it had been the last of 2005! I was amazed. I think it was a different crowd, though. :roll:
