O.K. the point of this post is that Dr. Bawa (an M.D.) has a new clinic in Seagrove. I for one am very excited to see a REAL DOCTOR in Seagrove. I'm also glad that Dr. Bawa took the time to post his office info. and I want to assure him that the general population of SoWal isn't nearly as looney as those who post regularly on this board.

Dr. Bawa, welcome to South Walton, and welcome to SoWal.com.

Now, for all you causing trouble out there--we need this good doctor to stay in SoWal. So be nice. Next time you or :bicycle: you'll be glad to have a doctor so close by!

I agree cck! It's nice to have Dr. Bawa around...especially if those two decided to use that hatchet!!!

On a serious note...a few years back, my husband, who suffers from kidney stones had an attack while down there. There was supposed to be a doc in Seaside, but he never showed up for his posted hours and had no answering service. Luckily, we got in touch w/the doc here and I went into Destin to get prescriptions filled. This was before Sacred Heart opened.

Welcome Dr. Bawa. We're very happy to have a doctor only 4 miles from our place. We will definitely post your information in our rental cottages for "walk ins". I'm sure we'll meet you as well one day when we're there, ideally just to say hi! Again, we're lucky to have you on 30A.

I gave a young couple directions to your office a couple of weeks ago. They were asking how to get to the clinic. I had no idea that we had a clinic. I thought they meant the County Health Dept. While holding up traffic for a few minutes (my appologies), I was able to determine what they were looking for and got them on their way to Dr Bawa.
