New owner at Adagio!

Hi, we are very excited to be purchasing a condo at the Adagio! We close at the end of this month and will make our first "owner" visit over Labor Day weekend. Although we have visited Destin for the past 7 years, we are relatively new to the SoWal area. We will be looking for a few things: (1) some furniture, new or gently used (2) where to take furniture we will no longer be using (3) fun events for Labor Day for our family (with young kids). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
