P.S.: .....I also liked the prostitute running, who stated she had a distinct advantage over the other "hookers" ( N.Y. polititicians) because she, at least, ran her service oriented business in a profitable manner.

Best thing about this guy proclaiming the "rent is too damn high" is that he doesn't pay rent. He lives for free in exchange for doing maintenace work...
