New Year's Eve at Fire

Fire will be serving a five course meal in addition to our normal dinner menu. The price is $65, and an additional $20 for a wine pairing. Local recording artist Redd will also be singing in the dining room. Show starts at 8:00 pm.

Seared Dry Aged Strip - Lobster "Pot Pie" - Port Reduction

Raspberry Souffle with Champagne Sabayon

This is the place to be on 30A for New Years Eve. I have been to Times Square in New York, Las Vegas, and New Orleans for New Years Eve--nothing will compare to Fire in 2009! I cannot wait!
