DUTIES include (but not limited to): * Answering Phones * Scheduling Appointments * Verifying insurance benefits & eligibility * Pre-testing patients *Training new contact lens wearers *Contact lens trial inventory management,

QUALIFICATIONS
•Autonomous / Self Directed - Has the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed
•Attention to Detail - Successfully manages many small tasks / can start and stop
•Adaptable and Flexible - Is able to complete tasks in a changing environment
•Interpersonal Communications - Communicates clearly both in written and verbal format
•Time Management - Is able to triage and prioritize both day to day and longer term projects
•Results Focused - Works as hard and long as needed to achieve results
•Professional Appearance - Presents a professional and polished look
•Technical Skills - Computer skills a must including a working knowledge of Word and Excel
