What is estimated monthly total for 1200 sf with tax and CAM? And would it be move in ready or is there buildout cost for tenant?

Base rent and Tenant Improvement allowance would be determined based off requirements or level of build-out needed by Tenant. Base rent ranges from $15-17 per square foot. Estimated NNN is $5.40 per square foot.

1,200 SF @ $16/PSF Base Rent = $1,600 + $540.00 (1,200 SF * $5.40 NNN) = $2,140 + $128.40 Tax = $2,268.40 Estimated Total
