I will be offering family and friends a New Years Day Dinner (complete with entertainment provided by Mr. HD free of charge). The menu will be as follows: Slow smoked ham, Cajun style black-eyed peas, collard greens, sweet potatoes, and jalapeno cornbread. Dessert will be whatever I decide to bake.
