Wonderful Pre Soiree event. It was great just enjoying a wonderful day with friends, a great book, and great music.

I just wanted to thank everyone who came to Toni's Saturday and bought my book! It was wonderful seeing all of you and I appreciate the support!

Allifunn...I have to rave about your cook book...I love it!! I have a cook book collection and I have to rate yours in the top 3.

Swafia and Kitlit came over last night for dinner and I made the Patti Salad. Swafia has been on a liquid diet for 3 days (no....not the sowal wench liquid diet) and he could eat anything he wanted. Good mama that I am (pat on the back) I made homemade chicken noodle soup for my sick Swafia, and I made the Patti Salad as well.

Swafia didn't touch the hearty homemade soup...Nnnnoooo, he got salad, and got salad again and what he could not finish off he took home.

Swafia invited me over for dinner tonight and wants me to make............


you guessed it.........the Patti Salad. Damn....that is some grayt eatin' !!!!!!!!!

Make him the corn bread salad next time..... another pleaser...I had men in Atlanta asking me to marry them because of this salad ( I used to make it for my ex's tennis matches) men are so easy.....:roll:
