I have a confession about old man balls. When I was in college
I had a journalism teacher that would hike his pants up, sit down and spread his legs. It was a big old bundle of joy for us all. So we called them "Sutley Balls" since that was his name. So whenever we see old man balls smooshed against the crotch of his pants, that's what we call them.
