Summary:
Supports operations team in the success of overall functionality of vacation rental operations; including guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, quality control, etc. The overall objective of ensuring long-term homeowner satisfaction and retention on Sand Dollar One rental program while also ensuring outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Book reservations for guests and owners, process check-in/check-out of guests, process guest payments, etc. Act as an advocate for guests during their stay including efficient processing of all guest inquiries and/or rectifying guest issues to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction before/during/after their stay.
- Support Housekeeping, Dispatch Maintenance, and lead overall Quality Assurance functions, including conducting routine unit inspections (as required), for cleanliness, general repair, amenities, etc., as well as overall unit condition.
- Support acquisitions of rental management contracts, including setup of new units in company's rental management system.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, recording, mailing, and computer data input processing as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School diploma required; College degree strongly preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in vacation rentals, hospitality or related business, OR minimum of 1-year relevant work experience with college degree
- Comfortable using a computer including but not limited to Microsoft Office; Escapia experience a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Weekends required in Summer/Fall
- Hours are 10am to 7pm with two-days off in a row mid-week, On-Call Rotation
- Office Located on S Hwy 393 in Santa Rosa Beach, FL
