Ahhhh hem. I am the developer, and/or auction group, and/or listing agent. SOWALGAYBOI and I are in it together and are actually the same person logging in as different users (we can tell this because there were only 14 minutes between our posts). This is a helpless advertising ploy and the goal is to get the viewers of this forum to buy condos at Origin . . .
How was that? Tons of simple issues with the premise that boil down to common sense, but did I cover the bases?

The topic was about the list of condos that went up for auction in Panama City

The Ocean Reef was one of those condos.

Since it has been 45 days since said auction, I asked about the final result of sales from that auction and two other auctions.

You linked to the results of the two other auctions but not the Ocean Reef.

I asked you for the results of the Ocean Reef again.

OK. Now that you have conceded my point, lets get to the bottom of this so that I may be lucky enough for you to stop hijacking posts. The goal here was simply to talk about the auction. There is NO agenda.
Who do you think I am? I am just a guy who wanted to write a post about the condo auctions and talk with people. If it did, that would probably be a great post that everyone would talk about here. I have no idea what happened 45 days after the ocean reef auction. If you know, tell us. If not, BE NICE and stay on topic.
What developer, auction group, or real estate agent in their right mind would post here with the goal of trying to make a sale (especially AFTER the auction occurred). I am reasonably sure this site is mainly visited by locals (people who want to chat), not someone itching to go to an auction.
