so - my favorite part of my restaurant kinda fizzled out this past fall and i gave up on the raw bar.

well its back in a different version - less pretentious and intricate - more JamBone Style!!

when i get shown how to post a document without having to type it verbatim i will re post but here is the basic gist

12 appies on the half shell 7.95
conch salad - bahamian style - cukes, tomatoes , chiles, lime, olive oil - da bomb - 9.95
house smoked yellowfin tuna dip - 8.95
trio of seaweeds - black hijiki, sesame wakame, ginger kombu - 7.95
squid salad - 9.95
three styles of chilled shrimps
jambone mango, habanero
remoulade
baja red chile all 9.95

raw bar opens at 5 pm nightly until we get busier!!!!

Actually I've never had your smoked oysters, but some fresh ones would be really good. Haven't had any in a while. In fact it was about 15 years ago in Apalachicola.

we ran some after nye and sold out the first night. smoked em up in the pit and then a little bacon cheese and jalapeno under the broiler -mmmm......
