I saw the commercials too and don't understand why you need this - can people no longer just use a knife to cut them up?

Yes! C2F served me, hnooe, Brownies in that pan--IT WAS HER!!!!!! If you like the crustier outside on your chocolate brownies--u will love that pan!!
