Perfect Pushup

Has anyone realized this is really not me doing pushups? You all crazy!

I wasn't paying much attention because I had my eye on the Harley in the back ground.

I got these at Christmas and I've been impressed too. Much more complete feeling pushup. I doubled up on the "as advertised on TV" gear and bought the iron gym too - the pull up bar for your door frame. Much to my suprise it actually supported my 250 lbs. Now if somebody would just make beer that makes you lose belly fat i'd be an Adonis....

I had a fitness evaluation at the Y a couple of weeks ago. In most categories, I scored between, "Get some exercise, lard@$$" and "OMC, I can't believe you're still alive!" But I was at the top of the chart for women in pushups. Gotta love military school...
