Wal-Mart

Don't you love when while shopping, someone in front of you parks their big butt right in the middle of the isle to socialize with someone while you stand there trying to get by. I need to take an air horn with me next time I go to Walmart. Maybe a cattle prod

LL, next time you go to Wal-mart, just head to the boating section first. They have the airhorns available. Just keep it in the buggy for that special moment. Remember to ditch it before you check out. Your exact example happened to me last week when I ventured into the terrible world of Wally. I am not an airhorn personality, so maybe I will head to the bicycle isle and pick up a ring-ring bell upon entering the store.

Not sure it's a pet peeve but it really annoys me. Waiting in line at the deli counter at the grocery store. There's usually people ahead of me, they want like 5 different things, the clerk is moving at a snails pace and I feel like I could be finishing my shopping if I could just place an order and come back. I think there should be a computer kiosk at the entrance where you could place your order for the deli or meat counter and then when you came to that part of the store you could just pick it up.

Great idea. I too hate having to wait, when I could be shopping. Send Publix an email with your suggestion. They are great at responding with action. I got them to sell reusable cloth bags, for people who are tired of seeing so many wasteful plastic bags, in their store at WaterColor Crossing. I also got them to carry 12 packs of Guinness. Your idea is great and feasible.

That is a great idea. I might suggest that to my Publix at home. It may also help with one of my pet peeves.

The folks that wait until it's their turn to actually give thought as to what they might want!

SJ, you are welcome to submit my idea to Publix. We have Kroger up here and I'm going to suggest it. They're building a new one across the street from our old one. This might be just the right time.

People who do not know how to merge in traffic or the rude ones who will not let anyone in the lane. Just be courteous.

Leaving 3 potato chip crumbs in the bag, then putting it away instead of eating the 3 crumbs and throwing out the bag. Ditto for the ice cream container. Just be the one to finish it already.

Anyone but me doing my laundry or cleaning my bathrooms. My mother-in-law still hasn't learned that this really makes me nuts. Stay outta my dirt!


Too many home parties- I was invited to way too many a while back and it makes me uncomfortable to go and not buy anything. So now I have a toe ring (that I will never be able to cram back on my toe), a pizza stone, some vitamins and weight loss tea (yeah right), some awful lipstick, moisturizer my dermatologist said was deadly, and some stupid looking flowerpots.

Wish someone would invite me to one of those sexy stuff parties. I could get a P-cake mold.
