Okay.. I don't feel so bad. I guess we're guilty of the White Shirts.. but NOT of trampling the dunes.. so can I still post here?
(And by the way, the beach and dunes in these pics make me very sad)

Even the dune crashers can post here, but they will get harassed greatly by me.
Tonight, I tried to have a relaxing evening on the Beach, so I refrained from yelling at the 40+ people ( I kid you not), and just took some photos of them. To see them, check my photo album for a sample. For some reason, black shirts were also popular tonight. B_stards!

Not you Amylouky. I approve of your photos - great job.

Thanks! We were going to hire a professional photographer, but they were going to charge a minimum of $800 for a sitting fee. YIKES! So my daughter's friend just snapped a few photos for us using our digital camera for free! We used these for Christmas cards for our first Christmas owning our beach home.

This is our plan...I just need someone to snap a few pictures. I like the sepia tone of your picture. I'll try that too. Rest assured, if we do wear our white and khakis we will be far, far from the dunes. I saw a shot where the family was holding hands walking in the water and I thought that was really cool. We may try that. I think it'll make a nice Christmas card.

If I take your picture and post it here, you are welcome to a copy for yourself. You may get lucky. I enjoy taking pics of people having fun and people breaking rules.

My son would have a fit if I made him wear the white shirt and khakis AT THE BEACH! That is his school uniform. Why do people want pics taken in uniforms? With their hair combed on top of it? AND DID SOMEONE BRING AN IRON TO THE BEACH?

What's wrong with the shorts and bathing suit you had worn all day (and the day before that too!)? Or the t-shirt with beer dribbled down the front?
Actually in our photo, it's white shirts and ivory linen (not khaki) pants. LOL.

One summer I was chairperson of my local Junior League's "Art Discovery," a kids' summer day camp in which they do art activities. One activity was making tie-dyed T-shirts. I got the bright idea to make shirts for my entire family for a group photo. TOO TACKY! BTW the small children in our family had shirts, too, but they went to bed. On the other hand, maybe they were smart enough not to get roped into wearing these shirts. Kinda makes white shirts and khakis look pretty classy, huh? :laughing1

Photo has been cropped to protect the innocent.

You must have been heavily medicated to resist that target rich environment.
