Beautiful picture Beach Runner. I it. Really, I do. I think it is a beautiful picture of a beautiful family on the beach!!!!!

Thanks! We were going to hire a professional photographer, but they were going to charge a minimum of $800 for a sitting fee. YIKES! So my daughter's friend just snapped a few photos for us using our digital camera for free! We used these for Christmas cards for our first Christmas owning our beach home.

The White Shirts are often seen trampling the dunes to capture a family portrait. Want to see?

My son would have a fit if I made him wear the white shirt and khakis AT THE BEACH! That is his school uniform. Why do people want pics taken in uniforms? With their hair combed on top of it? AND DID SOMEONE BRING AN IRON TO THE BEACH?

What's wrong with the shorts and bathing suit you had worn all day (and the day before that too!)? Or the t-shirt with beer dribbled down the front?

Actually, I'm kinda partial to khaki shorts/slacks. Dissing the khakis is tossing out the baby with the bathwater, me thinks

Currently, though, I'm sporting my bright orange cargos when Ms.Svelte lets me escape the house in them.

Okay.. I don't feel so bad. I guess we're guilty of the White Shirts.. but NOT of trampling the dunes.. so can I still post here?
(And by the way, the beach and dunes in these pics make me very sad)
