All of the restaurants participate, they just select people at random. The key is that you have to be renting a place in Okaloosa County, and you have to promise not to go into Walton County during your stay. You see, they are trying to keep the money in their county. I think it is worth staying in Okaloosa County. Remember they give away gasoline too. Who wants to come to SoWal in Oct anyway, with all of the biting insects and other beasts coming out then?
