Not counting DeVarona--what do you think the market is for individuals over the age of 10 who want to own a home in a public water park :dunno:

Seeing that the price of the pool "jumped" from $1.5 to $4.5 million this guy needs to be tied down before he starts moving in the Tilt-a-Whirl ride and the Whack-a-Mole game.

I'd hate to get the HOA bill for this little folly! Let the buyer beware!
