I typically notice shoes because I am a shoe guy. After her performance, the blonde girl says, in her southern voice, something like, "Well,
if you are going to screw up the vocals, you better have nice shoes." -- Then, the camera did pulled a tight shot of her bright sparkly shoes. She did look very nice, but that doesn't make up for her few off-notes, esp. when most everyone else nailed their performances.

She may not be so dumb after all. ;-)

I have become a BIG fan of Elliott. What a sweetheart, and what a voice. And I don't care what people say, I think he's cute! I actually voted last night, which I never do, to keep him around.

And ScarletB, can you believe your buddy was parodied on SNL? I mean, how amazing is that for him?! He must be on top of the world. He has a lifelong career ahead of him at this point. He's so likely to win this competition.

Dialidol.com (which has had 82% accuracy so far) says it's buh-bye to ACE tonight. I know they were right last week.

They have the bottom three as Ace, Paris and Chris. Which makes sense, kind of. Paris is incredible singer, but doesn't inspire that same passionate fanbase others have. And Chris has been coasting for a while. And most everyone's been over Ace for a while. (What was up with that greasy Lilith bun last night? :shock: )

I agree, it was bad. I think he might be the one going too. Although I'd rather Paris go. The girl can sing but just isn't interesting to me. At least Ace peaks my curiousity. I'm always hopeful he will do something great. I think Father Figure was his best and it's been downhill from there.
