Why oh why do they insist on making the poor soul sing the song that got them booted off at the end of the results show???? I was lucky to have missed him on Tuesday and couldn't find the remote fast enough to change the channel!!!!! PAINFUL!
Don't know why everyone is so hard on Kellie! She is beautiful and has personality unlike Katharine McPhee. And so she had a bad night, so what. The others all have had not so great performances or botched it as Kellie said on occasion. Katharine is who I want to go, she is like an annoying fly! She does not impress me much, at all! So her mom is a voice coach, does that make her special? Paris Bennett's grandmother is a famous blues singer! Kellie is not a dumb blond! I can tell you she is 10 times prettier than Katharine McPhee and apparently the voting audience and the live audience love her cute things she says! She hasn't been in the bottom 3 yet! As far as this group goes, they are a weak group as to talent as past idol groups! I am for her and Elliott and Taylor!
I am not picking on the dumb blonde. When these guys reach this level, it usually means that they have a singing talent. They have had enough on stage practice to prepare them at this point, and if any singer misses a single note, it is now noticed because people are looking for the details. Personally, I think they all have great singing potential. :clap_1: I think the dumb blonde girl is, or will be sexy (if she is under 18;-)), and she can sing, but that doesn't make her smart in my book. I am wondering how she got through the 8th grade.
My husband and I adore her! She does not exactly have a happy past with her mother abandoning her when young. And her father being in prison. She may be a bit dingy at times but she is so cute! To me she just doesn't think before she says some things. She is lucky to have such caring grandparents that took her and raised her the best they could. I think she turned out pretty well! Of course, when you have Kelly Clarkson being so successful and to me being the best out of all 5 seasons, of course, no one else can compare. She is very country, that is for sure! I hardly think she gets out much!
