It just shows how a forum is supposed to be run.
So forums should be arbitrarily moderated?
Arbitrary? Meaning no guidelines, reasons, or rules? Because there is a list of them somewhere. (pretty sure it says profanity is not allowed btw) I've been on forums that aren't moderated and they end up being a cluster. This place is refreshingly civil compared to most of the internets.
