Does anybody offer these? I don't know a lot about yoga but what little I do know definitely helps with my laundry list of sports injuries and musculo-skeletal problems. I am really not at a point where I could keep up with a group class though.

If you want to do yoga at home ( in place of or to supplement a class or private lesson) any dvd by Rodney Yee I would highly recommend. I have been using them for many years and he is the best. He has several that are good for beginners. My favorite is Yoga: Core Cross Train. I have been fortunate enough to attend his workshops over the years and he is a great teacher, even by dvd. He also has a book, Yoga, The Poetry of the Body, that explains yoga poses step by step with photos. I promise you, you won't go wrong with any of these.

You need to check out Balance in Seagrove www.balance30a.com The yoga instructors there, Kelli, Lori & Melissa, are excellent teachers who will give you private lessons if you want, but newbies are always welcome in their group classes. I started going there a few years ago and am totally hooked. I'm loving the changes in my body; the first one I noticed was standing up straighter. I've checked out other studios especially when I travel, and I have yet to find one that is as good as Balance.
