Property Management needed

I desperately need recommendations for a good, honest property manager for my rental home.
I may decide to handle the bookings myself, but I need someone/company to take care of my home like it was their own. Cleaning, maintenance, and basically checking it weekly to make sure the house is in good shape. It is a new home and during the past season I have had renters break into my owners closet, steal items, break locks and bring in pets into the home. I know you need a thick skin to rent, but my house is getting trashed and I need someone to be there to take care of it.

If the fit doesn't work, he may have suggestions for you. If you are on the West end of 30A, I would recommend Dune Allen Realty. They are all business, but their units are impeccable.

When renting your property, you will get more wear and tear than you would think. Keep in mind if it is a 3 bedroom and it sleeps 8, you will normally have 6 to eight people staying there. Normally our 3 bedroom homes we live in day to day don't have that many people living in them. So expect more wear and tear. Unfortunately, some people just don't take care of your property like you would.

Through my 20+ years in property management, I have found the property with the most amenities and decorated very nicely are the ones that have the least amount of trouble. If it seems an owner goes out of their way to make thier guests feel welcome, it goes a long way. Good luck!!
