Our expert Property Managers at 360 Blue are full of innovative ways to establish quality, lasting relationships with our homeowners. The Property Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Property Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to all assigned homeowners, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Ideal candidates will have experience dealing with business executives in a professional setting.

There are many responsibilities that a Property Manager at 360 Blue will take on, but some of the most important and basic include: client communication, conflict resolution, partnership development, project management, and an abundance of guidance, support, and reassurance.

YOU. . .
– Are self-motivated and confident in your ability to communicate
– Are an excellent, clean and polite communicator, both in person and via email
– Have experience dealing with business executives in a professional manner
– Are even-keeled while being driven by a sense of urgency
– Love making people happy and want to help everyone feel great
– Are tired of the stuffy, corporate world and want a fresh and ambitious environment where you can add real value and contribute your ideas
– Are well organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
– Are always looking for ways to become even more organized–you may or may not have labeled your label maker
– Know or want to learn as much as possible about our inventory, scenic 30A, our business and more
– Have, at some point in life, taken a vacation
