Benchmark Management on beautiful 30A is looking to hire a Property Services Agent (PSA) to join our team. A Benchmark Management Property Services Agent (PSA) is a critical member of our Property Services Department. The primary role of PSA is to support all aspects of the property ensuring the highest levels of hospitality, property care, service, and maintenance. Unlike other business models in the short term rental space, here at Benchmark we divide our Property Management into two service groups; Owner Services and Property Services. These teams work together dividing the workload into the two collaborative groups serving our owners and our guests. The ideal candidate is highly task oriented.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete quality and timely property inspections to ensure properties are in condition for guest/owner arrivals
- Perform monthly quality insurance inspections of assigned portfolio
- Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping/maintenance departments to ensure all cleans and work orders are scheduled and completed
- Facilitate the upkeep of assigned portfolio
- Review and confirm completion of all assigned tasks and work orders with Owner Services Agent to verify accuracy
- Coordinate new property on-boarding and property off-boarding tasks
- Complete annual unit inventories and complete assigned tasks from Owner Services team and other departments
- Assist in seasonal projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Vacation rental experience or relevant experience preferred
- Must be available to work weekends/holidays
- Software experience preferred: Breezeway, Microsoft Office, Escapia, and Trello
- High School diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, time management, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Strong sense of customer service
- Strong Time Management Skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently
