Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company is looking to hire a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for inspecting all homes after they have been cleaned
• Responsible for setting up all homes for guest and owner coming in
• Assist with training new staff members to Rosemary Beach standards
• Changing light bulbs, batteries, and air filters in homes
• Inform Maintenance of an issues with the home
• Enter work orders into the system
• Assist with other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and able to take after hours call outs.
• Strong sense of pride and responsibility
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus, but not a requirement
