I'd be lost with my Revo Styler! http://www.beautyzoneinc.com/revo.htm
It's a large brush with a rechargable battery that rotates by itself. You just wrap a section of hair around it, push the button and the brush rotates approximately 100 times/minute! Works in reverse too, depending on which way you're brushing. I use it on wet hair, brush in one hand, hair dryer in the other. I have naturally wavy/frizzy hair, and it totally smooths and shines my hair, making it bouncy (until I get into humidity, in which case the wave and frizz comes back :bang: ) Takes a little practice to get the hang of it, but once you get used to it, it's a piece of cake. I've seen it at Walgreens for $29.95.

I can't wait to try the Chi! :clap_1:
Yeah, now I know what this is--I thought that's what it was! No good for me, though. I don't have enough hair.
Did you order a Chi?

Not yet, because I'm still trying to figure out which one to get. They apparently come in several sizes and different manufacturer's. I have shoulder-length hair, so I had been contemplating the 2". I did see find them on both Ebay and Overstock.com. I'm thinking about ordering one like Mermaid got for her daughter http://www.overstock.com/cgi-bin/d2.cgi?PAGE=PROFRAME&PROD_ID=1534477 . Looks like it may be a 1". I wonder if size matters in this case?:rotfl:

If your hair is super thick or course you might want to go with the 2", but otherwise the 1" works great. I have the 1" CHI, and it's all I need for my hair, which is longer than shoulder length.

My hair is definitely not thick....fine to medium is more like it. Thanks for the advice!

I also have the 1" Chi and love it. I have a friend with the 2" and she says that it really doesn't do any more than the 1" because you run the same amount of hair through it at a time. The 1" is a little easier to use and get closer to your scalp.

That's what I needed to hear..thanks!! From what I can see, the 1" is cheaper too! :clap_1:
