So when mom was yelling something that sounded like "Zacrey blurr !!!!! Eemoootzee!! Ebum Zacrapatoozchien Way Bien!!! Followed by the entire full birth name, and spastic hand and facial gestures, does it really mean what I think it does?

Which is: "Buttercream and cupcakes! My sweet little perfect ray of sunshine! Oh, how I love thee, that is why I named you this pretty little name I shall emphatically use now so you'll never forget it"?
