More gn from me...I went to see my niece (junior voice major at LSU) sing with the acapella choir from LSU last night (they have been traveling all week). Three hs choirs preceeded them. I hadn't heard her sing since she graduated hs three years ago. My sister told her I might come, but she was still so surprised and happy to see me. She was so proud to introduce me to many of her friends! Their music blew me away, so beautiful. As I sat there, I thought of NoHall and Johnrudy because of their connection to all things musical. What a great way to spend a Thursday night!

How do I manage to selectively read? I think I lost some brain chunks this week.

Thought I would multi-quote and respond, but it got soo long. I this thread and love hearing all the good news and the glimpse into your lives to learn more about each sweet soul on sowal. I love happy stories.

My good news is that one of the news outlets I approached about running a story on colon cancer awareness month in march is doing a story on me and a couple of friends I have made since diagnosis. They are photographing us at my trainers gym----(I might even get a few free sessions....hehehe)
