Okay, I saw the grossest thing this morning near my house. People like to walk/jog on the road where we live because there's a nice long sidewalk on it. There was a rather thin man/woman 
with shoulder-length hair walking down the sidewalk. S/he had on a t-shirt that had no holes in it except two circles cut out where boobs should be, and this person's boobs were hanging out of these holes! 
I called 911 and told them about it and said I thought it was a case of indecent exposure. The operator asked me to give a description of the person and that she would get an officer out to check on it. She asked if they were big boobs, and I said, "Well, I'm a woman, and this person has bigger boobs than I do!" She was obviously on speaker phone, and she and people in the background were laughing. I couldn't hang around to see what happened because I had to get to work.
Then I started thinking about the legality of it. I'm sure that if a woman walked down the street with both entire boobs hanging out of two holes cut in front of a t-shirt, she'd be arrested for indecent exposure. But is it legal for a man with even bigger boobs than a woman might have to walk down the street with his boobs explicitly exposed? BTW these weren't those man boobs that fat guys get -- this person is thin.
I mean, if it's a man, I feel badly for him if he has some sort of health problem that gives him boobs. But why in the heck would he expose them so explicitly for everyone to see?

I told daughter about seeing this person. She said she almost rear-ended another vehicle while staring at him/her.

It's Flasher Pat with boobs and long hair.I have always attracted pervs for some reason.
Like as a college student when I saw a flasher while walking on campus. The Greenie cops asked me for a description. I said, "I wasn't looking at his face!" Or the more recent episode while both I and the perv where driving (in separate vehicles, of course) on I-85 by the ATL airport which even I won't repeat on SoWal. It was !

OMG - BR, I've been flashed (etc.) on the road, too! Truck drivers doing gross things, red necks (UGH), I've even been flashed some woman boobs!
Sometimes I speed up, sometimes I slow down to a riduculous speed, sometimes I wave like an 80 year old woman; and, sometimes I just point and laugh.....or do this

A friend of mine told me a story that happened to her in the ATL.
She and a friend were driving down Lennox Ave (sp?) and a car was in front of them weaving quite a bit. When they arrived at a light the friend leaned out the window and scolded them for driving drunk. The passenger of the car responded by getting out, unzipping his pants, and began helicoptering his "piece" at them. She was unphased as a former New Yorker, the friend was scandalized.
