    Our growing real estate agency of RE/MAX On The Gulf is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist our agents. You do not need to be a licensed real estate agent for this position, but real estate, property management, or sales experience is a plus. We will train any applicant we deem is a good fit within our culture. This is a salaried position with opportunities for commission bonuses.

    Responsibilities

    ¨ Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline

    ¨ Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by the team

    ¨ Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries and cold calling

    ¨ Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.

    ¨ Accurately qualify potential customer for appointment with agents

    ¨ Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments

    ¨ Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections

    ¨ Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation and financial specifics to the agents
