Isn't it harder to regain the perfect belly if you've had a c section?? Doesn't the cutting of the abs make the muscles weaker in the long run?? Just asking never had one myself.... not that you would know by my belly![]()

) couldn't drive for over two weeks, limit on stairs and it just zaps your energy -- when you need it most. Ocean Lover said:Yea, the needle is the worst part..just knowing if you make one false move you could be in serious trouble. It's worth the risk though! It's wild how you go from excruciating pain to feeling no pain in a matter of moments. Best thing ever.
