Ok..tonight we made the mini pizzas. Jackson wanted pepperoni, but they were out at the store. Has it been recalled or something? Anyway, he just had cheese pizza and I doctored up mine and mr. dd's a little with veggies. They were pretty tasty. I let Jackson put the sauce and cheese on. He ate every bite.
The crusts in the package that you just add water to are easy too. The kids can shape them however they want and then add toppings. We still make english muffin pizzas for lunch in the summertime. GTTBM's fruit pizza sounds delish.
