Recommend Storage Rental Place?

Please if anyone could recommend a Storage Rental Place (climate controlled) we would really appreciate it. Currently building a house in Eastern Lake area just off 30A so ideally it would be very convenient to that area. Have been accumulating THINGS for several years & wehave got to get this stuff out of our dining room before the holidays!!! It is growing quickly and driving me bonkers!! Have seen from the road a bunch of these places in PC but a good rec would be terrific!!
BTW this would be for about 3 months.
