Recommendations for Christmas Brunch

FIRE, unfortunately will not be open for Christmas, while we were open Thanksgiving day, we will be spending the Christmas holidays with our loved ones and family members back home!

The days we will be closed are as follows, 24th Monday, 25th Tuesday, and 26th, Wednesday.
Reopen for Dinner on the 27th Thursday.

And just a reminder that while our neighbors are closed for a few weeks we
will remain open through the month of December, up until the 24th and then reopen on Thursday the 27th.

No Brunch. Only dinners. Ocean Club, Fish Out of Water, and Marlin Grill.

We just do the breakfast casserole (with Canadian bacon), fruit salad, and English muffins or homemade muffins if I have the time.

I've done a breakfast egg casserole many times...it is always well received..
I put eggs milk ham shredded cheese and onion in mine and take it to the oven...it comes out like an omlette....so good and very simple.

Cooking Light has a lot of fritatta recipes....very good....and appealing
