Dave's talkin' about it now. He's having the same doc do his that did his...Maybe Spring Break in pcb is part of his preop work up...a stress test of sorts :roll:
You are right. Regis won't be here. His heart couldn't take all of the wet t-shirt contests in PCB.
Actually that's not whats going on at all. The Regis and Kelly show will still be taped in their studio, however, a representative either from their show or a local news agency will be reporting live from Panama City Beach via Satellite.
Regis is in the hospital recovering today from his triple by-pass. Kelly is doing the show with guest co-host Anderson Cooper. They will be in the studio, and talking to a 'screen' with a delay to whomever the reporter on the scene will be.
Monday was Miami. Tuesday was Daytona. Wednesday will be Panama City Beach.
Regis goes to the gym 7 days a week. He eats right. And he is in the hospital with a triple bypass. Hmmmm
Eat right. Stay fit. Die anyway.
I've always said exercise is bad for you. Now pass the ribs and open a cold one!

drunkenartist, you are full of useful info. Thanks for the correction. Maybe the News Ch 13 out of Panty Maw City will be giving the feed, because it was their news show where I heard this yesterday. Anderson Cooper would be a good choice for the guest co-host for this show because he grew up coming to vacation in this area.

Yeah it's Deanna Lambert from WMBB this morning doing the feed from Holiday Inn Sunspree on PCBeach. However they keep referring to it as Panama City. Not a real crime, but Panama City and Panama City Beach are two completely different cities, two different governments, two completely different groups/type of people.
I cannot tell you how many people from Panama City that will not go to Panama City Beach because they refer to it as the city of sin! They won't even cross Hathaway Bridge. My own mother-in-law will only cross the bridge to go to Marriot Bay Point to see her daughter, grand and great grand children. Straight down Thomas Drive and straight back, no-where else on the Beach though, can't be bothered.
Panama City has a church on every corner.
Panama City Beach has a bar on every corner.
Needless to say I prefer the beach.
Now where are those Ribs?!-
