She was definitely a fabulous personality, onscreen and off. She's been a brave soul, to face all the troubles that came her way and she was truly one of the first Hollywood "child stars"--started acting at age 10, and quite literally grew up in and around movie studios. It can't be easy to live life in a fish bowl, especially when you're as beautiful as she was, but she did it with style, and grace, and courage, and good humor. You gotta respect that.
And, Scooty, we really will have to have some movie nights for you! I think I've seen all of her films--that doesn't include the myriad television roles, appearances, and even cartoons that she lent her voice to over the years. Some of my favorites were always Butterfield 8; Suddenly, Last Summer; and A Place in the Sun--love me some Monty Clift!

MmMmMmmmm!

(Yep. I am SUCH an old movie nerd... :roll
