It is a 2 bed 2 bath house and I am renting 1 bed w/ private bath (bath off hallway). I (homeowner), am 28 professional male working locally for the last 6 years.
The bathroom was remodeled in July and is brand new with tile shower/floors/vanity/etc. The kitchen has new floors and cabinets as of May 2021.
It is an older house but clean with a large front and back yard and wrap around porch. Bicycles, beach chairs, and other beach gear kept at the home will be available to renter. The room is being painted now while the current renter is moving out.
All utilities and wifi included. Flexible on lease length. Month to month preferred to begin and open to longer terms if situation is working for both parties.
The home and room are furnished. The room can be unfurnished on request. There is a desk and bookshelf in the room now not pictured.
If you do not already live and work in the area I would require proof of employment.
